Finally, Expressions of Interest are sought (by 5pm May 2nd, 2017) for this unique opportunity just one street back from the riverfront in Mannum. The former Baptist church, 'The Chapel' built in 1893, is still fitted out as a church. This gives the new owner the opportunity to decide exactly what they want to do with the building.
