Just a person in love with her city.

Feel that? It's the sun.

It's been hidden for a few months now, but recently, it's been shining down on Perth, giving us a few relatively warm days. Many of us have been seen in shorts, skirts and even singlets, trying our best to urge on the Summer weather.

Worked up a sweat yet? Why not travel via train, via bus or in your car, to the beautiful Cottesloe Beach.

I'm sure most of you have gone there and whilst you're reading this you might wonder "I've heard everything about the beaches here, what else am I supposed to see?" Everything. There is absolutely everything to see at the beach.

The beautiful waves, the cool water. You can sit on the sand and see everything that makes Perth beautiful. The peaceful and quiet chatter of the towns people. The relatively blue sky. Everything about the beach is heaven, because you can just go there, lay down and forget everything when you close your eyes and let the warmth radiate on your skin.

Ever felt that way about the beach? I recommend experiencing it for yourself. If you're more of a surfer/swimmer, go dive deep into the ocean, but if you're more into relaxing, place your towel on the sand, apply sunscreen and lay there, eyes closed and just listen to the quiet murmurs of your city.
