The meals are sumptuous and perfectly presented, with portion sizes sensible enough to allow for indulgence without overeating. The salmon entrée is a delightful introduction to the menu which has a substantial amount of seafood as well as vegetarian options. For the carnivorous at heart the venison or duck are excellent main course choices. Dessert is a mouth-watering affair, the warm savarin is generously portioned and the chocolate sampling platter makes for a perfect end to a fine culinary experience.



The accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious with plenty of homely touches such as board games, dvds and books. Flying in by seaplane is a fun and efficient way to get to the remote location on the Hawkesbury and kick start the weekend in celebrity style.
