Costco Food Court - Ringwood

Upon initially obtaining a shiny new Costco membership card, the last thing on my mind was the food court. I was of course, thinking about more important things like buying a lifetime supply of toilet paper, 2 kilograms of pretzels, or perhaps a 10kg block of Cadbury dairy milk.
Once I'd worked all of the shopping out of my system (which is an article in itself!) I discovered the hidden beauty of the Costco food court.
$1.99 for a hot dog AND a drink?! Had I died from warehouse shopping overdose and gone to heaven?
No, I was just in the paradise of Costco's food court. Now, health food eating-types, look away now! I warn you, the fodder available at Costco is not for those who shy away from typical American-style food. Although they do have a Chicken Caesar Salad on the menu, that's about the closest thing to healthy that's available.
First of all, the pizza is absolutely fan-freaking-tastic. It's exactly the same as the delicious pizzas I had when I was in L.A and Vegas, so for those hunting down an American pizza in Australia, look no further! Oh, and its $2.99 per giant slice ($14.99 for a whole pizza too!) My favourite is the five cheese, but there is also 'Combo' - basically a supreme, and also a BBQ Chicken topping.
That two dollar hot dog and drink combo I mentioned earlier? It comes with your choice of mustard, ketchup, fresh diced onion and green relish - all available at the condiment bar in the seating area. For a condiment junkie like me, this is music to my ears!
Great things:
Cheap - easily $5 per person average
Fast

Fresh & Hot
Authentic American style.
Not so great:
Not ideal for the health-conscious or those minding their diet
Can get very busy on peak times on the weekend
In 10 words or less: American style, cheap and delicious! Greasy, guilty pleasure.
