The Cosmopolitan Coffee Lounge is in a great locale along Oxford Street at Bondi Junction, and actually a stones throw away from the trendy Westfield's at Bondi Junction.

The old school feel is definitely working for this establishment. This isn't the type of trendy cafe where you will find all young people inside or outside eating or drinking. You will discover a variety of different age groups and backgrounds; from families to even the senior citizens, and yes, young people.

Their food has not resonated with me, yet it is a popular lunch spot with trendy decor. Their cakes look appetising, although I mainly come here for a simple coffee. The coffee is quite milky with an okay taste, although you can do better on the coffee front in Bondi.

This is a great winner when it comes to table service. The wait staff take your order and serve quite quickly. Great coffee pit stop if you are alone, otherwise a comfortable and elegant location to catch up with friends over a simple coffee or even read a book.
