Just made damper and sofa focaccia. Doesn’t’t use a lot of flour. Savoury or sweet 👍

I like damper, as long as I eat it hot. Some tricks to making a tasty damper include, adding a little cheese or grated zucchini to keep it moist. You can also try sweet potato or pumpkin damper.

I am wondering is focaccia is easy or hard. I must give it a go.
