Do you want to dip your toe in social media, but you're concerned about its safety?
This great workshop, brought to you by the Coromandel Community Centre will take you through the intricacies of Facebook - you can use social media without losing your privacy.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to:
set up and/or improve personal FB profile, and most importantly, privacy settings
use your account as a networking and resource tool to increasing employment opportunities
make it work for a small business
play it safe on Facebook
deal with offensive content
safely share posts and search for friends
Aimed at those who are 17 years and over, the workshop takes place 9.30 - 3pm on Friday, 4 September 2015
The cost is free and lunch is included.
