We recently camped in the Cooloola section of Great Sandy National Park, past Boreen Point in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

We canoed our way to the very pretty Fig Tree Point Camping Area, paddling across lakes and through the beautiful waterways of the Noosa River. The water lilies were in bloom, spreading an intoxicating perfume that seduced the local bees as well as us.
