Motor Museums Cancer Fundraiser
Cool Cars Kicking Cancer is an initiative of the Gippsland Vehicle Collection to raise funds for the Maffra Unit of the Cancer Council.
Cool Cars Kicking Cancer is a great opportunity to visit a significant regional motor musem knowing that your entry fee is going to a great cause.
To be staged on Sunday 16th September the event will be held at the GVC grounds at 1A Sale Road, Maffra commencing at 9 AM and showcasing an outstanding display of more than 160 special cars, motorbikes, historic vehicles, automobile memorabilia and machinery.
Highlights of the day will include the bizarre 'Jumping Pink Cadillac' and a fabulous range of Hot Rods, muscle cars and dragsters.

Visitors to Cool Cars Kicking Cancer are invited to bring along their own cool car, bicycle, scooter or skateboard to add to the display and be in the running for some great prizes.

The Gippsland Vehicle Collection covers road transport ranging from horse-drawn vehicles to modern day race cars and is displayed in a unique museum building, a massive World War 2 vegetable dehydrating plant used to prepare ration packs for troops.
Cool Cars Kicking Cancer provides a fabulous opportunity to visit a significant regional motor museum showcasing some outstanding vehicles and knowing that your entry fee is going to a great cause.
Entry to Cool Cars Kicking Cancer in the GVC grounds is by gold coin donation. Admission to the museum costs Adults $10, Concession $8 and children under 15 years Free.
Get on down to Maffra on Sunday 16th September to get behind the members of the Gippsland Vehicle Collection and help them kick cancer. There are BBQ facilities at the museum or you can eat out at one of Maffra's many cafes and hotels.
