Turn your culinary journey into the ultimate Autumn escape

Georgie Bass Café & Cookery is a must visit for Melbourne's dedicated foodies.

Located in beautiful starers on the Mornington Peninsula, just 75 minutes from Melbourne's CBD, Georgie Bass proudly showcases the region's abundance of sea and farm-fresh produce.

Set amongst kitchen gardens featuring lush boxes of herbs and vegetables with plenty of outdoor dining spaces, Georgie Bass carefully crafts wholesome dishes which taste fabulous and celebrate all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Open from 7:00am daily, award-winning Head Chef Michael Cole offers an all-day menu with a focus on seasonal produce. Providing innovate, wholesome and healthy dishes to eat in or take home.

And if you love being in the kitchen, you can join one of their popular hands-on cooking classes, catering for a maximum of 11 people.

Head Chef Michael Cole is freshly back from France, where he competed in the Bocuse d'Or competition (considered the 'culinary Olympics'), coming in 14th against the top 24 chefs in the world. He is ready to return to our purpose-built, state-of-the-art Miele kitchen.

These classes are for all levels of experience in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere with personalised tuition, professional insights and handy kitchen tips & tricks.
