    I cannot elaborate on every single ingredient, but this recipe is like dining at an Italian restaurant or homemade like your momma's!

    Meatless BLT
    -onion, mayonnaise, mustard, toasted white bread, romaine, and Mozzarella.
    Pour mayonnaise mixture over toast. Voila!
    Opinion

    I think that this book is awesome! As the author states in this book, I am not a vegetarian yet, but I can at least consume less meat.

    As I am a poor girl of Sicilian descent. I like the recipe for Meatless BLT and think such a recipe is perfect. For example, I usually have toast for lunch meat sandwiches. Maybe I can do my part and have Meatless BLT every once in a while.

    I think that you are going to like this book also!
