Did you know you can cook a meal with only 3 ingredients?
Short of cash? Too rainy for the supermarket? Too busy to cook?
These 5 recipes only need 3 ingredients each and will get you through an entire day, or even a weekend.


ITALIAN BREAKFAST

Ingredients:
Roma tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Wholemeal Toast

Preparation:
Chop the tomatoes and cheese in to small cubes.
Toast bread lightly, and add topping.

LUNCHTIME PASTA

Ingredients:
Fettucine
Grated parmesan cheese
Butter

Preparation:
Beat the butter with the Parmesan.
Cook fettucine till al dente and drain.
Toss sauce in with the pasta.
Add cheese to taste.

AFTERNOON FRUITCAKE

Ingredients:
Pack of Mixed Fruit
Fruit Juice
Self Raising Flour

Preparation:
Soak the fruit in the juice in the fridge.
Preheat the oven.
Stir the flour in to the mixture.
Bake on low heat in a greased tray.
Leave to cool for several hours.

CREAMY POTATO BAKE

Ingredients:
Potatoes
French Onion Soup packet mix
Cream

Preparation:
Slice the potatoes thinly and place in a baking dish.
Add the soup mix and cream over the potatoes.
Bake at a moderate heat until lightly crispy.

CREATIVE COOKIES

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter
Egg
Sugar

Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Roll in to balls.
Press with a fork.
Bake at a high heat until ready.
