This is the quiet option for those who are based in Coogee, if you need some time to yourself to think about the world or just want to escape the crowds then this eco-friendly walk is for you. All you need is yourself and your willingness to see all the natural wonders around you.

The ocean waves crashing over the rocks below the cliffs far below you can bring you to contemplate the incessant nature of time. This walk is for those who are reasonably fit as if you walk the whole way you will need to climb over rocks (at low tide). It is an interesting walk that encompasses many different environments.

It is wonderful to see stalks and other native birds, and frogs (sometimes even rock wallabies) on the swamplands section of the walk, which is pathed over by a sturdy wooden walkway. At night you can hear the frogs.

The path takes you past beautiful and rouged terrain. It is mostly used by the locals for exercise, and you will see many people walking their dogs and jogging over this popular path. Dogs should be kept on a lead, as there are native birds that are endangered who breed in this area. The sea air is cleansing and feels great, there is nothing like a walk in this area to clear the head of worries. It is a good walk to go on if you need to get clarity about any important issues in your life that you just can't seem to work through in your hectic life. There seems to be a sense of calm in the air when you do this walk.
