Indulge all your senses at the Coogee Foreshore Festival
Coogee Foreshore Festival is a one-off event held on Sunday 15 March, 11am - 4pm. Exciting elements of surprise will impress you at the Coogee Foreshore Festival with far more than just food and drinks on offer. Merivale will have the Coogee Pavilion sparkling with an array of food and drinks to feast on. Magic and fun will be experienced in the games area with magicians, games and face painting to entertain the kids and young at heart. This special one-day event will flow onto the seaside promenade with an array of pop up food stalls housing some of Merivale's popular venues cuisine. You won't be able to resist tasty bites from Papi Chulo, Mr Wong Dim Sum, El Loco and Sushi e. While indulging your taste buds, your eyes will be subject to a visual feast of roaming performers, a Deus surfboard shaping stand and other unexpected surprises.

Sample menus for the day will include:-

PIZZA KITCHEN MENU
Queen Margherita – San Marzano, buffalo mozzarella, basil
Gamberi – San Marzano, fior di latte, prawns, cherry tomatoes, chilli, parsley
Ginger Nut – smoked buffalo mozzarella, roasted pumpkin, Italian sausage, truffle pecorino
Maiala – San Marzano, fior di latte, hot salami, Italian ham, parmesan

OYSTER BAR MENU
Freshly shucked oysters with traditional condiments
Tuna with ponzu, salted cucumber and crisp seaweed
Pink snapper sashimi with, serrano chilli, fish sauce and sugar vinaigrette

COOGEE PAVILION KITCHEN MENU
Coogee Diner Burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, burger sauce
Organic black quinoa with hazelnuts, shaved young zucchini, parsley, mint and Willowbrae goat's curd
Hot roasted leg ham with salt and white pepper crackling and a soft bun
Cuttlefish with chilli, garlic, parsley and lemon

SUSHI E MENU
Salmon sashimi
Salmon avocado roll
Salmon ceviche

MR WONG DIM SUM MENU
Fried pork and asparagus wontons
Steamed scallop and prawn shumai
Prawn toast

PAPI CHULO MENU
Pea and avocado guacamole, tortillas
Papi Chulo's Nashville-style hot fried chicken served with soft white bread and pickles

EL LOCO MENU
Pork al pastor, spit roasted with cabbage, spring onion and coriander salad, habanero and pimento salsa
Calamari taco with red chilli and lemongrass sambal, sesame seeds, cabbage, spring onion and coriander salad
Chorizo quesadilla with pickled jalapeños, mozzarella and chipotle
Mushroom quesadilla with sam jang, mozzarella and tomato salsa

The ticket price per person if $45 and includes 8 food tokens and drinks. You can buy the ticket direct from the website, please note there is a $2.20 booking fee for online purchase.
