Get away to this island paradise right on our doorstep and less than a 10 minute ferry ride from Victoria Point. Coochiemudlo can easily be explored in a day at a leisurely pace as it is so small and offers 4km of safe beaches, which are great for kids wanting to swim.

Once you arrive, you can find the big map of the small island just as you get to the end of the jetty. Suggested walks and highlights are marked, but is pretty hard to get lost, since the island is so small.

You don't need a car - just walk off the ferry and hang out on the island for a day. Getting to Victoria Point to catch the ferry is an easy 40 km drive from the city.
