I write, read, travel, garden, renovate, work, drink coffee - all the usual things. My lovely partner often accompanies me, and of course my constant companions, two feisty terriers, are never far from my side. We live in and enjoy South Australia.

Get out of the city and see something different! Coober Pedy, Opal capital of the world, is an entirely unique place and unique experience in the Australian Outback. Entry is Free! Come along for Friday night Fireworks and Live Music at the Opening Event, at the Racecourse, followed by a weekend filled with celebrations on Saturday and Sunday night.
