The Conscious Life Expo held its first ever event on the Gold Coast at the weekend. A weekend full of health, wellbeing and holistic therapies held at the brand new Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre.

This expo is all about promoting a healthy and conscious lifestyle, with an array of exhibitors ranging from natural skincare products, crystals and essential oils to psychic readings and holistic healings there is something to please everyone.



Receive intuitive insights from psychic readers in the reader's section, join in on a guided meditation in the meditation room, sit in on an enlightening seminar talk and listen to the wealth of information given by those on the main stage.





There were over 70 exhibitors with their products and services on display, the happy and calming atmosphere gave good energy to the expo. I have been to many holistic and metaphysical expos over the years and this one had a nice fresh feeling. Every stall had something new and exciting and the live sacred music also helped to set the calming ambience in the room.





Although there are Conscious Life Expos held regularly on the Sunshine Coast, this is the first expo to be held on the Gold Coast. I enjoyed my time at this expo and hope that it returns to the Gold Coast.



Whether you visit holistic health expos regularly or have never been to one, I highly suggest you go on and check out a Conscious Life Expo as there is a lot to see and learn and you will not be disappointed with what there is on offer.
