If you're looking for restuarants to celebrate and welcome the Year of the Ram with your family, check out the Golden Leaf in Conrad Hong Kong. This One Michelin-Starred venue is well known for its Cantonese cuisine.

Chef So and his team have prepared special 6 and 8-course menus, available from 18 to 22 February for a minimum of 6 to 10 persons. Dishes include the celebrated fish-shaped New Year pudding and turnip cake, braised soup with minced chicken and bird’s nest, fried glutinous rice with preserved meat and braised dried oysters and whole conpoy with sea moss. 3 private dining rooms are available for a maximum of 12 to 16 guests.
