Do you have a musical instrument tucked away somewhere around the house? Maybe you have vocal talents that have been restricted to singing in the shower or the odd Karaoke night? Perhaps you just love making music and want to hang out with other people who feel the same? Then the Community Music Project's (CMP) Sunday Lounge Sessions could be just the thing for igniting - or reigniting - your musical passion.



The Sunday Lounge Sessions are about musicians sharing music with each other in a friendly, relaxed and informal environment. This is an opportunity to meet and enjoy the music of other like-minded local musicians as well as a chance to share your own talents. The sessions are open to and welcome music lovers of varied levels of musical experience and different genres.

The Community Music Project has a vision to create a movement of community music sharing and unlock the collective talents of musicians and singers across Australia. Creating a network of Community Musicians is a part of this, so as well as attending a session, you might like to register to become involved as a CMP host and "fill your house with music"



The Sunday Lounge Sessions are free and start at 4.00 pm. Upcoming sessions are to be held at:

Marrickville
