There are some great fairs and festivals on shortly in Perth, and here I have listed three of them.

Cambridge Street is once again set to be transformed into a dynamic community space, with lots of fun for the whole family.

It will be on 10th March, 2018, from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, in Cambridge Street between Simper and Jersey Streets, in Wembley.

It will include the following:

live music
food and market pop-up stalls
circus performers
children's entertainment
street theatre
amusement rides
and much more

There will be a range of food to choose from, with a great line-up of food trucks at this year's event! Local groups, businesses and stall holders will be participating in this event ,which is part of the Town of Cambridge's "Summer of Fun 2018" programme.

You can find out more at the Town of Cambridge website.

The 30th Carine Community Fair will be held on Sunday 18th March 2018, at the Carine Open Space, Beach Road, Carine.

Some of the entertainment and vendors will be as follows:

Community Stalls
Market stalls
Old McDonald's Farm
Free basketball clinic
Chocolate wheel
Sideshow alley
Showbag van
Kids rides and amusements
Free live entertainment
Food and drink stalls
Ice cream and Slushie stalls
And lots more

The fair has grown to become one of the major annual events in the northern suburbs and gives local groups an opportunity to raise funds. Organisations have benefited in the past by using the fair as a means of supplementing their own fundraising efforts, including scouting groups, Silver Chain, Motor Neurone Disease Association, Red Cross, school P&C's, junior sporting clubs and the like.

In addition, the event provides participants with an opportunity to engage with a large number of visitors from the surrounding areas, who are drawn to the fair to see a variety of fun and interesting attractions in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

The fair has FREE entry but organisers encourage everyone to donate generously to Rotary's worthy cause. You can find out more at their website.

The Corymbia Multicultural Festival is presented by the City of Kalamunda and will be full of entertainment, amusement rides, activities, workshops and more. There is something for everyone at this festival.

It will be held at Hartfield Park, Morrison Road, Forrestfield, and will be on Sunday 11th March, 2018 from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

You will be able to enjoy the following:

cultural dance
music performances on the main stage
multicultural food stalls
free amusement rides
inflatable fun for all ages
interactive mural paintings
umbrella and graffiti Art Workshops
BMX exhibitions
arts and crafts activities
face painting
balloon twisting
children's colouring-in competition
a live concert
a fireworks finale

It is a free festival for everyone, where you are able to "explore the world in one day".

You can find out more about this festival here.

Mark these events in your diary and phone, so you do not miss out!
