Community Celebration brings together an exciting, festive, and interactive afternoon of entertainment, market stalls and activities hosted by STAR Community Services and Volunteering Redlands.

Come along on Saturday, 31 May 2025, to the beautiful Raby Bay Harbour Park, Cleveland. Get together to connect with your community, enjoy local entertainment and bring children, parents and grandparents together for a fun-filled afternoon. Enjoy a great mix of community & market stalls, face painting, chess competitions, and so much more. Join in the celebration and volunteer awards that show our appreciation for our local volunteers.



From 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm, enjoy a great line-up of live performances for all ages, including:

• Redlands Sporting Club Pipe Band
• Welcome to Country – Uncle Raymond Walker
• Global Fair Mabuhay Dance Group
• Johnny the Jester
• The Mini Moshers
• U3A Dance and Song
• Birkdale Men’s Shed



PLUS
• Special guest Jack Rodgers, the Captain of the Australian Chess team and a FIDE Master. Will you take up the challenge to play against Jack?
• Kids' activities, including face painting, bouncy castle, and petting zoo (all for a gold coin donation only)
• Bustling market stalls
• Volunteer Awards
• Stunning laser show at sundown
• Food variety

Last year's event attracted over 2000+ eventgoers, so bring along your rugs and chairs and enjoy all that the Community Celebration 2025 has to offer!
