Melbourne's newest venue for independent arts
Common Rooms, Melbourne's newest venue for independent arts, music and events, located in the revamped Trades Hall, has announced a program of diverse and inclusive entertainment, ahead of its launch on Friday 8th November. Trades Hall was this year's hub for Melbourne Fringe, and proved a great success, inspiring the team at Fringe to keep the venue running as an all-year-round venue for people who like to party.
The program for the remainder of this year includes live music, performance, comedy, cabaret and dance parties.
One of the program highlights is This Beat is Yours, a night of tunes from across the globe, from Afro Beats and Middle Eastern Grooves to Afro House. Featuring Shio Otani, Dean Zepherin, MzRizk and more, these beats are guaranteed to get you up and dancing.
This Beat is Yours plays at 9pm on Saturday 9th November. Tickets are $17. You can buy tickets online here.
