Celebrate this anniversary
For the last 30 years, the Australian Red Cross has been active in the basement of Brisbane City Hall. You are invited to go along on Wednesday 22 August and celebrate this anniversary with them: their history, stories, volunteers and the humanitarians who make up this wonderful organisation. You can also find out how you can become involved if you'd like to.

The birthday party kicks off at 9.00 am with a special welcome, 30 years keynote address and celebration. Then at 1.00 pm, you can hear "Day and Night", which is the story of who the Red Cross are now and how to help young people who are experiencing homelessness. There will be menu specials all day, and also Red Cross stalls. The celebration will be in the "Rest Rooms" in Brisbane City Hall basement with entry from Adelaide Street. The party will wind up at 2.30 pm. See you there.
