Discover a great web-based comedy series

So it seems I'm a bit slow. I have only just discovered this excellent web-based series this year - and it is already in it's 6th season! So I am writing this article as a community service, for those poor folk like me who did not know this series even existed!

Jerry Seinfeld combines his love of classic cars with his love of coffee as he invites old work colleagues, friends and the hottest new comedic talents out for a chat. As the title suggests it is indeed a show about comedians in cars getting coffee.

Season 6 includes guest appearances by Stephen Colbert, Trevor Noah, Bill Maher, Jim Carrey, Steve Harvey and Julia Louis Dreyfus.

All episodes are available to watch online for free. This is made possible as the show is sponsored by Acura with each episode including a conspicuous "product placement". Episodes are short, anything between 12 - 20 minutes long, so you can easily fit one in while you are travelling to or from work, waiting for the kids to finish training or whenever you have a spare 20 minutes.

The show is unscripted - it relies on the chemistry between Seinfeld and his guest. It's a nice change to be able to see the guests out of character and just chatting. Sarah Jessica Parker (Season 4) is a great example of this - she is as enthusiastic and as delightful as you would imagine. Ricky Gervais (Season 1) is a surprise as a very nervous car passenger.

If you loved watching Seinfeld, you will love this show. There are some familiar faces such as Larry David (co-creator of Seinfeld), Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Michael Richards and even George Costanza! Other guests include David Letterman, Chris Rock, Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin and Amy Schumer to name just a few.

If you are like me, you will have some catching up to do. Why not start straight away? You can click here to start watching now. Giddy up!
