Opportunity International Australia provide people living in poverty opportunities to transform their lives by giving a hand up instead of a hand out and helping them engage in small business opportunities. It is a real way to transform the lives of people in poverty by helping them create a sustainable way of life for themselves. Like the old adage: give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach him how to fish and he'll eat forever.



Opportunity International have created a charity event not to be missed. An evening that will transform, like the lives of the people they help. The entire room will be white along with all the decor and guests are encouraged to wear at least some white, so that the light show they have planned will colour everyones night.

White symbolises the people in need when they first meet Opportunity International, trapped in desolation with no means or sense of self, the addition of colour throughout the evening symbolises each individual's blossoming as their business and indeed their own empowerment grows.

Tickets are $150 and all proceeds go to supporting this organisation. The night's adventure begins as guests enter into an Indian Bazaar with themed music and live band, Brisbane's Savvy music.
Your ticket includes a 3 course meal and a 4 hour beverage package. The will be a major raffle and auction and of course the original light show.

Be at the Mecure Hotel in Brisbane on the 22nd March by 6pm for a 6:30pm entrance, and spend an enchanted evening with Brisbane identities, and the who's who of Brisbane's culture, philanthropy and business.

Remember to dress in some white.
