The Colour Run 5K is coming to the Gold Coast & Brisbane in April, 2013 and it's time to colour your life for children with cancer.



This fun run style has coloured the USA from top to tip and is now starting its Aussie tour. Already sold out in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth - this is not your average fun run.

Bring your friends, your co-workers or even enter by yourself and come make some new friends. You don't have to be an athlete to take part, any age, any shape - anyone can enter.

The Colour Run, starts out with every runner/walker/crawler dressed head to toe in white, and by the end of it - you're completely covered in every colour of the rainbow. You're guaranteed to have a smile ear to ear, as you're doused from every direction, in every colour you can think of!



Get yourself coloured up while helping children with cancer colour their lives by supporting the Ponting Foundation. Rianna and Ricky Ponting set up the foundation to help children and their families get through the tough times while they battle it out with childhood Leukaemia.

Gold Coast is almost sold out & the Brisbane run is yet to have the dates released - whichever race you decide to run, remember that the real race you're helping to run is the one against childhood cancer.
