CapRescue and CleanCo Queensland invite you to be a part of the most colourful fun run in Rockhampton this year. Run, walk, dance or stroll your way along the garden path, covering the Kershaw Gardens, Moores Creek Road, Park Avenue in a cloud of colour on Sunday, 30 March 2025, starting at 6 am.

Add a splash of colour to your life while all proceeds from Colour Me Capricorn will go towards CapRescue. This is your chance to support a life-saving service while having a blast. Every step you take helps keep Rescue300 in the air, delivering critical care across a massive 350,000 km² region. CapRescue relies on community support to raise over $15 million annually. Every dollar makes a difference!

There are options of 2.5km or 5km run, walk, skip, stroll or even dance! Join us for a day of fun, energy, and colour as you make your way through a rainbow-filled course. With every step, you’ll be showered in bursts of colourful powder, creating memories as bright as the event itself!

Before you run, get warmed up with Bridget from Ambitionz. After you finish, enjoy a 5-minute massage from CQUniversity Physiotherapy Health Clinic students ( with gold coin donation).
