The Latin Community Hub want to make sure the Latino migrants will be taken care of as soon as they get off the plane. This applies all the way through to achieving their personal goals in Australia and they do this by connecting with the right organisations and providing trustful information.
About Latin House Latin House Inc. is the community hub for Latin migrants and refugees. It is a non-profit organisation which was founded in 2018 with the aim of becoming the first Latin community Hub in Australia.
There are many organisations and services which exist to support these people but most people may not be aware of them. Their mission is to connect all Latin organisations, thereby forming a hub where the community can access various services.
They attempt to support and represent Latino immigrants and refugees in Australia by promoting their rights and supporting their integration into society. They also put on some professional programs to improve their quality of life. Latin House will encourage Latin immigrants to participate in Australian society as this will bring more cultures together.
Every year, they organise workshops, seminars, and cultural events where they will support and promote Latino talent.
They also have a mentoring program, which is an initiative that started in 2019, with the aim of supporting and guiding Latin students during their journey in Australia.
During 2017, there were more than about 15,000 Latinos who were looking for better opportunities in Australia. During this time, these people had to deal with many difficulties that the organisation would like to prevent.
The event they will be putting on will be an authentic and interesting event, so make sure you mark it in your phones and diaries!
