Springtime

HEY HO, SPRING IS IN THE AIR
HEY HO, COME TO THE FAIR

It's that time of the year when we want to shrug out of our thick winter clothing and with a spring in our step to get out and about. To drive up to the Dandenong Ranges hills and to take in the delights of this spectacular region. At this time of the year too we have many wonderful markets, fetes and fairs ready and eager to show off their wares again.

In the South East, there are ample opportunities to grab a treasure or two and the Collectors Fair is well known not only around the State but overseas as well. Visitors come especially from far and wide.

This year the Collectors Fair is to held at a new venue - the Sassafras Primary School, nestled in the hills of the Dandenong ranges just 40km east of Melbourne's CBD. Sassafras Primary School is located at 399 Mount Dandenong Tourist Road. at the northern end of the Sassafras Village.

Every year this Collectors Fair grows in the number of stallholders. Collectibles range from antiques through to books, from Football and Swap Cards through to Jewellery, Glass and China. Then there are advertising items from yesteryear.
