The village of Collector is located 40 minutes north of Canberra's city centre. On Sunday, 6th May they will be hosting their annual Collector Village Pumpkin Festival, for the 15th year. This rural fair celebrates everything about pumpkins, with over 100 market stalls, live music, cooking competitions, children's shows, scarecrow building competitions, pony rides, pumpkin rolling events, wheelbarrow races and much more! Entry costs $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and children 15 years and under are free! Profits are returned to the local community.
