just taking what life throws at me...

On a recent trip to Bondi, I decided to head to the local supermarket for a few supplies. To my surprise I walked into a 'food superstore'.

The new look Coles at Bondi Westfield has gone through an amazing transformation.

First you walk into this huge 'Fresh' area with full displays of mangoes and nectarines. They also have the strawberries in a cute fridge at the front of the store which is handy.

To my right I noticed a sign with 'The Kitchen', so I walked over and saw fresh pizzas being made, with salads and lasagne on display.

The pizzas looked delicious; for $5 I picked up a chicken tandoori pizza slice. It was delicious.

There is an impressive sushi section. Judging by the preparation behind the display, it appears to be made on-site .

I also managed to score a coffee in Coles, which was a nice surprise whilst I was walking around.

But by far the most impressive was the deli with a cheese wall; it looked spectacular.

Lastly, considering how busy it was, I had no problem paying for my items as they seemed to have enough staff on.

If you are a true foodie, I suggest you find the time to go and visit this store.
