Every 4th Sunday of the month down the south coast suburb of Coledale, a fab market takes place at local Public School (which btw overlooks the ocean). Known locally as the "coolest market in town", as well as the original "coal coast market", is a place to swing on by if you are into a buzzing atmosphere of live entertainment, Vintage and Retro fashion, cool arty farty things, good food and an all-round creative vibe.


Instead of filling up the page with words, I will let the pics do the talking and give you just a few of the many reasons to go visit this market. For Sydneysiders, its a stress-free day trip kinda thing.

1. Kate the Jam Lady has been making jams for over 26 years and you can buy her products, made with love and homegrown produce, at these markets. Jams, just like nanna made.



2. It has been running every 4th Sunday for 13 years now! That's pretty impressive.



3. Pink Flamingos, Pretty Planters, Yummy Food and Fab Entertainers. You can keep up to date with what stalls you will find there each month by visiting their facebook page.



4. Vintage and Retro fashions - you will find them here, not quite off the back of a truck but off the side of a vintage VW Combi perhaps.



5.Vibes, Fashion and more. Whatever you are into, you will find it here.
