Iced Coffee Latte
6 tbsp Maxwell House Coffee ground coffee (any variety)
3 cups cool water
2 cups milk
Use coffeemaker.
Frosty Mocha Drink
1 cup milk
3 tbsp instant chocolate drink mix
2 tbsp instant coffee granules
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
14 to 16 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Cafe Latte
2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups hot freshly brewed dark roast espresso coffee
Use coffeemaker.
Cappuccino Punch
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup boiling water
2 quarts whole milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart chocolate ice cream
Mix coffee and sugar. Boiling water and dissolve. Cover and store in fridge until chilled. Change into a 1 gallon punch bowl right before mixing in milk. Stir in scoops of ice cream until melted. Drizzle with chocolate if preferred.
Easy Espresso
1/2 cup ground coffee (dark roasts)
1 1/2 cups cool water
Use coffeemaker.
Easy Iced Coffee
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp warm water
6 fluid ounces cool milk
Combine, shake and pour in glasses.
Iced Coffee Syrup
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
2 cups hot water
14 ounce can of sweetened condensed mlk
Combine and keep in jar. Keep in fridge until use.

I choose recipes that contain the following:
Inexpensive ingredients
Easy to prepare recipes
Easy to find ingredients
Most of the recipes in this cookbook simply need a coffeemaker or simple jar.
Many highlighted recipes are “iced coffee” recipes to cool off on a hot summer's day or during the winter when we wish for a warm summer evening.
