Coco Cozy Cafe is exactly like its name - it's cosy; making it a nice and relaxing place to enjoy a meal and of course, a coffee! Being next to a university campus, it comes as no surprise that at any given time, there is likely to be students working on their laptop - in addition to being a comfortable environment to be productive in, Coco Cozy Cafe also offers free wifi! There is both indoor and outdoor seating available, with heaps of seats available. Best of all, some of the indoor seating takes place in the form of... swing chairs!
Dogs are very much welcome here at Coco Cozy Cafe, provided that their owners opt to sit outside with them. In fact, come early in the morning for breakfast and you might be able to meet the lovely Tessa, the sweetest dog who loves pats and cuddles (and would never say no to a treat or two)! Dogs will be provided with their own personal water bowl courtesy of Coco Cozy Cafe, to ensure a comfortable visit for our doggy companions.
There are heaps of food and drink options available at Coco Cozy Cafe, for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast items are available all day, with a wide range of cuisines (such as Mediterranean and Canadian), in addition to all the classic breakfasts. The lunch menu is equally extensive, with a wide range of options encompassing a variety of salads and gourmet sandwiches, plus much more. There are also two display counters worth of goodies (including a range of desserts) available at the counter. In addition to your classic breakfast and lunch options that can be found at most cafes, Coco Cozy Cafe also have some Asian food choices available, including Japanese Chicken Curry with Rice, Lemon Grass Chicken with Rice, and Korean Style Beef Burger/Sandwich with Chips. And don't forget to keep an eye out for any special deals Coco Cozy Cafe might have going on!
Hot drinks include, of course, coffee (with a separate cart for those wanting just a takeaway - skip the queue!) and tea, with cold drinks including milkshakes, smoothies, spiders, and more, including freshly squeezed juice. For those of you who are always in a hurry in the morning and skipping the queue doesn't quite cut it, Coco Cozy Cafe also have a "Pre Paid Coffee Card" - pay only once for your next 10 coffees to save time; plus, the 10th one comes free!
One of the best parts of having breakfast at Coco Cozy Cafe is definitely their "Make Your Own Breakfast" option. A choice of 3 or 5 items cost $11.90 or $16.90 respectively (including your choice of bread - turkish, thick sliced white, thin sliced white, sliced wholemeal, sourdough, multigrain). Choose from bacon, ham, sausage, avocado, baby spinach, eggs (poached, fried, creamy scrambled), baked beans, hash brown, grilled tomato, sauteed mushroom, smoked salmon, and grilled chicken. The food came quickly despite being prepared fresh (after all, it was a "make your own breakfast"!), and was simply delicious.
