Something to do when there's nothing to do
The Cobb & Co Stables Market at 199 Raymond St, Sale, Victoria, is a permanent, 7 day a week market.

Operated in the Cobb and Co Stables which date back to the 1890's, more than 20 little shops offer fresh food, artwork, collectables, books, clothing, craft, gifts and much more.

Local foods on sale at the Market

On weekends, specialty markets are offfered with a different theme each week:

1st Saturday of the month: Variety Market
2nd Saturday of the month: Craft Market
3rd Saturday of the month: Farmer's Market which includes foods and produce from local farmers
4th Sunday of the month: Antique & Art Market (with an appraisor on site most months)

Garage Sale Stall

ONE OF MY FAVOURITES:

Offered every 4th Saturday of the month is Gippsland's Biggest Garage Sale - where you can bring your trash and treasures to sell and trade, whatever the weather. Don't just join with friends and neighbours, use the centre's facilities with up to 20 sellers added to the usual great products on offer. If you are a buyer, not a seller - see what the locals are parting with, no need for a map or address book - they are all in one place.
