You cannot fit anymore in your usual size 12 after eating an extra profiterole at your cousin's 40th,
Budget is tight but you feel you deserve something new in your wardrobe
You resent giving away some valuable pieces of clothing without getting anything back
You regret buying that skimpy pink dress, now that you finally got that job as librarian
You would love to do some charity work, but you do not have time to fit it in your busy schedule
Want to do something fun with the girls
If you ticked "Yes" to at least one of the above, it is well-worth to visit the Clothes Swap happening at the Perth Town Hall (corner Hay & Barrack St) next Saturday the 11th of July between 10.00 am and 2.30pm.
Bring up to 5 items to swap, still in good conditions, that is, they would not need any type of alteration or mending. Sorry all men reading so far, but you can only swap woman's formal and informal clothing and/or accessories such as shoes, handbags, and belts.
They do not offer Eftpos or credit card facilities, so bring cash with you. Also bring few plastic bags to carry your items.
You will find more than 25 stands with products and services for women. Among the stands, Project Uplift Bra gives you the chance to donate your unwanted but good condition bras to a good cause.
There will be some items for sale as well as raffles and door prizes which contribute to another important charity initiative of Opportunity International Australia.
If you have a drop in your sugar levels during all the browsing, as it happens when you are seriously hunting for a good item, do not worry there are coffee and cupcake stalls as well.
