For the first time, Queensland is hosting Climate Week from June 2 to 8.

Over 7 jam-packed days, Queenslanders are invited to join inspiring speaker forums, debates and festivals to help raise awareness about climate change and inspire action.

The Climate Week QLD Speaker Series is part of the exciting line-up and features a panel of experts who will empower you to take action at home, work and school!

This series of FREE events are suitable for everyone, including families. Come along and discover how to reduce your waste and energy impact, make sustainable food choices, create an eco-friendly wardrobe, travel smarter and help create a circular economy.

Climate change is a reality and your family can make a difference and be part of the solution. Upcoming events include:


Tuesday 4 June 2019

Venue: State Library of Queensland

Address: Cultural Precinct, Stanley Place, South Brisbane QLD

Time: 5.30pm - 7.30pm

Details: Our MC for this event, from Oz Harvest, will introduce you to three speakers who will teach you about sustainable food choices, the sharing economy, and tips to close the loop with your household waste.
