Following the successful inaugural event in 2024, Climate Action Week Sydney 2025 (CAW.SYD.25) promises to be bigger, better and more impactful with almost 300 events across wider Sydney!

As global urgency around climate action intensifies, now’s the time to act!

Held from 10-16 March, CAW.SYD.25 is Australia’s premier climate action event, uniting communities, businesses and organisations to share ideas and inspiration in a bid to accelerate the transition to a net-zero future. The week-long event is set to attract tens of thousands of Sydneysiders and all events are either free or low-cost to encourage community involvement.

Choose from a diverse range of events including keynote addresses, art installations, film premieres, immersive experiences, cooking classes, behind-the-scenes tours, and events for children.

a behind-the-scenes tour of Taronga Zoo's " Coral CryoDiversity Bank "

an eco-play group at The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability in Waverton

a community tree planting event in Cattai

an augmented reality art exhibition at the Manly Art Gallery & Museum

a Future Generations focused day on Wednesday 12 March at UTS featuring Indiana Rhind (Founder of Farmwall), Kal Glanzig (Youth Ocean Advocate and Sutherland Shire Councillor), Julie Bolton (Monash Sustainable Development Institute), Amy Low (Piping Hot) and Ruby Wake (OzHarvest).

Following the success of Climate Action Week Sydney in 2024, which saw over 6,300 attendees across 115 events, CAW.SYD.25 aims to drive an even greater impact with the support of major sponsors, including the NSW Government, Future Super, and Salesforce.
