Cleveland Aquatic Centre is the best swimming centre in the central Redlands area. The aquatic centre is very family orientated and includes a recreational play area. Swimming lessons are held on afternoons and Saturdays, both pools are heated during the cold season.
The recreational area includes a slide, spa, aquativity area and round "donut pool" which pushes you around. This area has plenty of grass, seating and bookable spaces for weekend parties.
I can think of several reasons to visit the Cleveland Pool. But here's three...
1.There are NO SHARKS to eat you
2. There are NO Irukandji or Stonefish
3. There will be NO sand caught in your nether regions
The bay is beautiful, we have some amazing salt water swimming areas here in the Redlands. But sometimes its nice to know nothing is going to jump out and sting you in the butt.

Cleveland Aquatic Centre Redland City
The pool kiosk sells coffee, drinks and snacks. There are life-saving services at both pools and the price for entry is reasonable. The pool caters for all ages and the water in the recreational area has a shallow section for supervised toddlers to play in.
The Cleveland Aquatic Centre has a gym which is open for membership, showers, change room and toilets. Aqua Aerobics classes and other services are also available.

The Donut Pool
Entry to the pool costs $5.70 however, you can save money by purchasing family passes.
The Cleveland Aquatic Centre has several pools:
50m heated lap pool
25m heated lap pool
Indoor heated pool for junior lessons & other classes
• Splash Pool in Recreational Area
The Aquatic Centre is a great way to cool off and burn some energy. Closing time is 8pm on most days so an after school swim is an option. Weekends are busier but the centre has a dedicated space for parking and a drop off zone at the front.
The centre has disabled parking and access.

The 25m Lap Pool
We love our trips to the aquatic centre, the kids are always tuckered out after a couple of hours of throwing themselves down the slides and battling the current in the "Donut pool".
