Being able to comprehend war, chaos and contagion, it's not hard to imagine amidst it all, some might dream of a return to their origins. Hiding in his man-cave on Warragul Road, deep in Oakleigh South, Phil Vitaliforos suddenly decides to build a replica of the world's greatest rally car - The Lancia Stratos. His wife Mary and their daughter Cleo, a scorned environmental scientist intending to save the world from Climate Change, are horrified. However, their fate is in the hands of the Gods as Delta Disease ravages the city, who beguile themselves with their Earthly playthings and have more in store for the trio than they bargain for in this modern Greek-Australian classic. Get those
tickets to find out more. Presented by Heavenheld Productions and written by Peter Heavenheld, the script was selected to be part of CAT’s Artist Production Program 2023. Directed by Matthew Richard Walsh, the cast includes actors Jonah Fleming, Eliza Stone, Shylie Arzouan (Cleo), Paul Robertson(Phil) and Ruth Katerelos (Mary). Prepare to be captivated by this enchanting tale of a thrilling journey through the stratosphere. CAT puts on a number of boundary stretching productions throughout the year that can be heartfelt, fun, quirky and sometimes downright absurd, so be sure to stay in touch via their social media for the next upcoming production.
