Event:
Produce beautiful gourmet cheese at home
Chilli Fetta

The Cheese Maker invites all cheese lovers to a fun and interactive cheese making course on Sunday 19th May 2019.

Entitled 'Classic Delights', this exclusive six-hour course will teach you how to create your own delicious fetta, ricotta yoghurt cheese and sour cream quickly and easily at home.

There's nothing like the smell of warm, fresh, creamy ricotta curds whirling in a pot, waiting to be scooped up and nestled on crusty Ciabatta lovingly drizzled with Western Australian honey. Or served with a swirl of prosciutto, a twist of freshly cracked pepper and hand-torn aromatic mint. Decadent, and truly artisan.

Plain Fetta

Imagine crafting your very own artisan versions for friends and family - free of preservatives and additives and made with love! You can create ribboned jars filled with creamy fetta marinated with herbs and aromatic spices, tall jars of labneh, or decadent hand-rolled yoghurt cheese balls rolled in dukkah and bathed in infused oils!

And yoghurt is a truly glorious thing. Its probiotic richness makes us feel all loved up and good inside and you can learn to make it at home with no added sugar! But for some extra indulgence, The Cheese Maker will share how to turn smooth yoghurt into a guilt-free chocolate dipping sauce for your juicy red strawberries, summer bananas or perky peaches. It's a Cheese Maker secret but they are happy to share it with you, because they are all about sharing the love of cheese.
