Learn how to juggle next to the luscious green trees of Prince Alfred Park or from a location of your choice (within 5 km of Surry Hills) with a 90-minute workshop led by juggling expert Stepan Novikov.

Juggling is a unique skill that helps you boost your concentration and coordination and it also improves your mental health by acting as a form of stress relief. It's a great technique that will help you manage the stress of your work life and busy schedule.

Other benefits of juggling include;

  • Being a form of exercise that allows you to work your arms and shoulders
  • Improving your capacity to learn and the way you think
  • Helping you to form bonds between friends, with family and with workplace colleagues
  • Allowing you to develop a greater awareness of yourself and your surroundings
