"Nothing ruins your Friday like realising it's only Tuesday". This is a quote many of us have probably heard, and more than likely relate to all too easily. As we are coming to the end of the year rather than slowing down we tend to ramp up our speed and go into high-stress mode! While we are trying to finish off our tasks for the year, get a little closer to that New Years resolution or even just tracking down that newest 'must have' for Christmas, we tend to forget about ourselves. Here's a word of advice, that does not work out well in the long run! Self care is really important if you want to avoid burn out.
