I like to participate in life rather than be a spectator. Music, dancing, theatre, travelling, food, cycling and walking are some of my passions. Writing is an enjoyable pastime that allows me to share my experiences.

Irish Hospitality at Mt Tamborine
Clancy's is a traditional style Irish pub serving tasty honest food in the Gold Coast hinterland. Located a five-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Gallery Street, the friendly staff serve good value food and drink.

Lunch location
There is plenty of beer on tap and a good selection of wines. The building is rustic with a cosy small bar dining room and a large outdoor eating verandah. There is an open fireplace for cold winter days.

Kransky
The
lunch menu contains traditional favourites such as ploughman's lunch. Maura's Irish stew was hearty and warming and the locally sourced kransky were tasty and delicious. The servings were hearty and generous and accompanied by plenty of potatoes and Irish soda bread.
