  • Simon Andrews aka Daddy Loops is your man if you want to see a one-man live looping phenomenon with a distinctive performance style. If you're after elements of pop, jazz, flamenco, blues and Latin music, you might even have seen Liam Morton around the traps as he's a regular performer in Brisbane restaurants, bars and cafes. Acoustic folk is Eli's niche, while Raasa go classical for tabla and sitar from the eastern deserts of Rajasthan to the Himalayan ranges with their haunting sound of the bass bamboo flute from the valleys of Rishikesh.

Peter Hunt the core songwriter and trumpet player for the group Kooli will draw you into a peace-calling space with his guitar, but if you love jazz, Fishlane is your trio on double bass, drums and percussion. If you're after an alternative multi-instrumentalist, multi-genre roots artist, Nikolaine Martin is your underground music scene man. There's no rule books with him, so sit back and enjoy the ride.

For a simply cool and chilled out ride, Christian Patey is the guy, while Leo Altarelli originating from the UK, has played around the world with awards and accolades along the way. Shannon Sol Carroll is a singer-songwriter who has collaborated with a swag of internationally acclaimed artists, while The Dreggs can take you from big sound to a chilled out vibe, so you can get up and dance or mellow out and tap your feet.

O'Little Sister is lyrical folk with the delicate ebb and flow of emotion as opposed to Sky Eater who are a duo passionate about the fun, quirky, energetic and soulful performances. Last but not least, The Ocelots are twins Brandon and Ashley who'll give you a forceful blend of rich harmonies and bare, raw acoustic folk. Sounds like there's something for everyone at these free events to make your summer even more wonderful.
