Experience City Slider Water Sports around Australia
Australians love their long, hot sweltering summers. It gives us the perfect opportunity to enjoy our first class clean beaches that the rest of the world envy so much. Who needs to find activities for kids when you can spend a day at the beach enjoying water sports?
Families with kids find it impossible to keep them away from the water, and they would play in it all day long given the chance. Water slides are hugely popular too - bringing all the fun of a playground in a refreshing cool aquatic environment. As fast as kids can get to the top of a water slide, it doesn't take too long to get to the bottom again to start all over again. It makes for a great day of family entertainment.
City Slider is a whole new generation of water slide. It's a massive new cool 325 metre long water slide that's coming to cities around Australia. The water slide is six metres wide and sits on a thick layer of padded foam so even the most delicate bottom will get a soft landing. For toddlers under 110 cm tall there's a free 25 metre mini slider they can use throughout the day.

City Slider Is Coming to a City Near You
Not only do you get to slip'n'slide in watery heaven, but City Slider is throwing a party that's open to the public with water sports including water fights, water themed games, free live entertainment, street food from your favourite food trucks, and of course all the ice cream that you can afford. The City Slider supports cancer charity CanTeen by donating $2 for every ticket sold. CanTeen also coordinates water fights and other fun activities at each event.
One of the nicer things about City Slider is that they recognise how important water is to us, using as little water as possible on the day. That comes down to about 30 litres per person, so you have a good excuse if you want to skip a shower the next day to feel more socially responsible.
Please remember that City Slider is family entertainment, with heaps of activities for kids. While some people
love to get naked in public, you must wear bathers or boardies and a t-shirt as a minimum on the water slide.
Tickets for City Slider cost $29 plus booking fee (early bird) or $35 plus booking fee (regular) for as many slides as you can fit into a 90 minute session. The tickets are available online but
you must book EARLY - there are only a fixed number of tickets each day. Leave it late and you will miss out.
