Soaring 25 metres high, Adelaide's giant Christmas tree will light up the night sky on Saturday the 9th of November 2024. You can enjoy a free community event in Victoria Square from 6pm. Entertainment will be provided by Charmaine Jones and Gospo. The Lord Mayor and a local primary school student will then light the tree at around 8:45pm.

Entry is free, so bring a picnic blanket and come along with the whole family. You'll find a number of food trucks onsite if you're feeling peckish during the night. Following this official ligthing, the tree will be lit from 8:30pm to 2:30am every night until January 4th. Its display will run in a loop that lasts 10 minutes.
