Cinema 360° at Darwin Waterfront
Full dome projection in the 1950s was initially used only for educational purposes at planetariums. But more recently, artists, animators and filmmakers have been exploring this technology to showcase their artistic works. Projection Teknik will use three 4K projectors, each boasting 10,000 lumens. The projectors are calibrated so that images overlap and fill the entire dome and create 360° cinema.
