The strawberry on top was ripe and juicy, with the leaf on top being an adorable garnish. After I broke through the crunchy layer on top, which was delicious by the way, I tasted a beautiful cream. Perfectly balanced, I wanted more. I also loved the castor sugar on top, it made it even more appealing.
