Beginning in Adelaide at the turn of the millennium, Cibo Espresso has consistently provided its patrons with an authentic European café experience. Serving up a unique menu each season that is tailored to suit the weather, Cibo offers a café and dining event that cannot be missed.

With the word 'espresso' in its name, patrons expecting a top class coffee experience will not be disappointed. Cibo has an extensive range of beverages to choose from, featuring many styles of coffee. All the traditional coffee types are available, such as cappuccino, caffe latte and chai latte. Some more exotic variants are marocchino, a macchiato with froth and bitter cocoa, caffe ghiacciato, an espresso on ice and caffe latte freddo, a caffe latte on ice.

However, the beverage list does not only encompass coffees. Cold drinks include a choice of Italian soft drinks, iced tea and fruit juices. Even more enticing than these are gelati smoothies and gelati shakes, which make the most of Cibo's array of flavoursome Italian style gelati. Gelati smoothies are the lighter of the two options, blending gelati with milk and ice and other ingredients, and there are set options available. Gelati shakes entail having any flavour of gelati mixed with milk, making for a refreshing sweet treat.

Additionally, when dining at Cibo, you will be treated to a variety of specially crafted Italian dishes. While there are new selections every season, others are old favourites that remain on the menu all year round. Some favourites include a variety of focaccias, rolls and salads. Examples include 'focaccia al cotto' (leg ham focaccia) with leg ham, swiss cheese and tomato, 'salmone' (salmon roll) with smoked salmon, mascarpone, dill and rocket in a brioche roll and 'insalada pollo' (chicken salad) with char-grilled chicken fillet, cocktail potatoes, green beans, snow pea tendrils, cherry tomatoes with salsa verde dressing. Any of these will make for a satisfying meal, easily pleasing diners.

With 16 locations across Adelaide, ranging from inner-city stores in Rundle Street, King William Road and Gouger Street to metropolitan locations in Norwood, Prospect and Henley Beach, Cibo is a must try Adelaide based coffee chain.
